I’m Earl Rudolfo, the chief storyteller at the Storytelling BeanCounter. I’m not your typical nerdy numbers guy stuck in doing business as some other accounting professionals who get caught up in the old die-hard cliche of "if it aint't broke". 

Way back in 1998, I embraced web-based software solutions when they first emerged, and I haven’t looked back since. I'm always on the lookout to do things that are different and better, with creativity and innovation at the core.

I’ve spent over twenty years as an accounting professional in a variety of small to medium-sized organizations and industries. That depth of experience has exposed me to some of the challenges and issues that small business owners face on a day-to-day without a sense of direction to move forward. My role in helping them is to come along side to understand their business needs with their unique challenges. By delving into the story of their financial numbers, it's possible to discover a more progressive path forward with practical, value-added insights to tell a more compelling story and take actions to achieve the desired outcomes. 

But I don’t just stick to what I already know — I love being at the leading edge of technology to find new and innovative ways to help business owners get excited and motivated to take their business to the next level.

I use data stories, both financial and non-financial to help business owners understand, appreciate, and interpret their business position. My goal is to lead you to understand so you can make proactive, informed decisions, and feel confident in your future.
